Blue Bottle Coffee's product lineup is divided into three categories: standard drinks, beans (blends and single beans), and food, sweets, seasonal and collaboration items.

Standard Coffee Drinks

Cafe locations offer a clearly organized menu organized by brewing method.

Espresso: Espresso, Americano, Macchiato, Gibraltar, Cappuccino, Latte, etc. (Names and quantities vary slightly depending on the location).

Hand-Drip: Blends, single-origin coffees, decaf coffees, and more, ground and brewed one cup at a time after the order is placed.

Milk Coffee: A café au lait based on drip coffee (varies at some locations for an additional fee).

NOLA (New Orleans Style): Blue Bottle's most famous signature drink. Made with cold brew concentrate extracted from roasted chicory, combined with milk and cane sugar.

Liege Waffle: A rich, yeasty waffle made with pearl sugar (Nivala sugar) mixed into the batter. Served in a coffee filter.

NOLA SUMMER (Japan): A new drink featuring NOLA, paired with refreshing summer foods like lemon desserts and matcha pound cake.

Avocado Toast: A cafe staple, served on thick sourdough bread with chili flakes.

Seasonal Recommendations: Seasonal lattes (e.g., cardamom latte, orange blossom) and pastries are frequently featured.

Coffee Beans
Signature Blends
These are year-round favorites designed with a consistent flavor profile.

Bella Donovan: An introductory blend. A dark roast with rich, pleasant aromas of raspberry and chocolate.

Giant Steps: A dark, full-bodied roast. Aromas of cocoa, toasted marshmallow, and graham cracker.

Three Africas: A light and vibrant blend. Made with coffee beans from Ethiopia and Central Africa. Notes of golden raisins, blueberry wine, and lemon zest.

Hayes Valley Espresso: The cafe's standard espresso roast. Darker, more syrupy, with notes of baking chocolate and orange peel.

Nite Lite Decaf: Swiss water process decaf designed for anytime drinking. Notes of crème brûlée and vanilla.

Single Origin

These blends change frequently (often weekly or monthly) depending on the harvest season. Roasted to order, they highlight specific "terroirs."

Selection: Typically featuring beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya, and Honduras.

Extremely Rare: Occasionally, high-end limited-run releases like Gesha are made, which can be significantly more expensive than standard bagged coffee (over $50-$100).

Craft Instant Coffee
Blue Bottle invests heavily in "specialty instant" coffee, which uses a crystallization process that produces a more aromatic flavor than traditional freeze-drying.

Craft Instant Espresso: Developed for brewing iced lattes at home. Aromas of dark chocolate and molasses.

Bright Craft Instant: Lightly roasted instant coffee. Fruity and tart flavors (blueberry, lemon peel).

NOLA Craft Instant: Premixed coffee blended with coffee, chicory, and sugar. Recreates Blue Bottle's New Orleans-style iced coffee.

Food, Sweets, and Seasonal/Collaboration Products
Food and Sweets Lineup
Food options vary by location, but they all feature a "snack + sweet" menu.

Snacks: Toast, grilled cheese sandwiches, etc. (For example, the Shinsaibashi Cafe offers the first grilled cheese in the Osaka area).

Sweets & Desserts: Many items are exclusive to flagship and major stores, including parfaits, seasonal tarts, classic puddings, lemon pie parfaits, and matcha pound cakes.

Regional Collaborations: Stores in Singapore, for example, have collaborated with local bakeries to offer Southeast Asian-inspired dishes using coconut and kaya toast.
